Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (€) inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von 19% (MwSt.). Für die Rechnungsstellung gelten die am Tage der Bestellung (bestellbestätigung) gültigen Preise.
Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen
ab sofort könnt ihr eure Bestellungen direkt in unserem studio showroom in Berlin abholen kommen. bitte wählt hierzu die ‘local pickup’ option beim checkout aus. lasst uns gemeinsam nachhaltiger und umweltbewusster sein und weniger Verpackungsmüll sowie unnötigen lokalen Versand vermeiden. ihr spart euch zudem die Versandkosten. Abholung nur nach vorheriger Terminabsprache (Montag - Freitag).
Versandkosten werden pro Bestellung erhoben. Bitte entnehme die unterschiedlichen ortsspezifischen Versandbeträge der Übersicht. Bei einzelnen Produkten oder größeren Bestellungen können die Versandkosten höher sein. Darauf wird in der Regel auf der jeweiligen Produktseite einzeln hingewiesen (heavy goods / big furniture). Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb vor Abschluss der Bestellung angezeigt. Darüberhinaus anfallende Zoll- und einfuhrkosten trägt im Falle der Empfänger.
Wir liefern unsere Waren in der Regel per DHL. Vereinzelte Produkte wie Teppiche, regale und große Bestellmengen werden per qualifizierter Versandunternehmen/ Speditionen geliefert. Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands dauert in der Regel 3-7 werktage ab Bestelleingang. Der Internationale Versand kann 2-3 Wochen dauern, abhängig vom Zielort sowie eventueller Zolleinfuhrbedingungen des jeweiligen Ziellandes.
aufgrund der aktuellen weltweiten Covid 19 Pandemie kann es zu starken Beeinträchtigungen im Warenversand kommen. längere Lieferzeiten sowie Krisenzuschläge für internationale premium Paketlieferungen sind möglich. sollte deine Bestellung davon betroffen sein, nehmen wir direkt Kontakt mit dir auf. bitte rechne mit Versandzeiten von 2-3 Wochen für Lieferungen innerhalb Europas. weltweite Lieferungen z.B usa / Asien / Australien können bis zu 8 wochen dauern. wir danke dir für deine Geduld!
rückgaberecht
sofern du deine Bestellung oder einen teil davon zurückschicken möchtest, nehme bitte schnellstmöglich Kontakt mit uns auf. du kannst die erhaltenen waren ohne Angabe von gründen innerhalb von 14 tagen durch Rücksendung der waren zurückgeben. Diese Frist beginnt frühestens mit Erhalt der Ware und dieser Belehrung. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware oder des Rücknahmeverlangens. Waren die innerhalb dieser Frist zurückgeschickt werden, können zudem umgetauscht werden, sofern das gewünschte Produkt auf Lager ist. Die Rücksendung muss an die von uns angegebene Rücksendeadresse erfolgen. vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind Artikel mit reduzierten Preisen, Sonderfarben sowie Einzelanfertigungen.
Das Zurückschicken defekter Artikel wird nur anerkannt, wenn die Artikel schon in einem defekten Zustand verschickt wurden. Rücksendungen werde nur akzeptiert, wenn der Artikel neu und unbenutzt ist und samt aller zugehörigen Etiketten in der originalen Verpackung zurückgeschickt wird. Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogenen Nutzungen (z.B. Gebrauchsvorteile) herauszugeben. Bei einer Verschlechterung der Ware kann Wertersatz verlangt werden. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung, wie Sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre, zurückzuführen ist. Im übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Ware nicht wie ein Eigentümer in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt. Der vorstehende Absatz sind Formulierungen des Gesetzgebers. Wir drucken sie pflichtgemäß ab und wenden sie pflichtgemäß an.
Sollte ein zurückgeschickter Artikel nicht mehr umtauschbar sein, geben wir dir zeitnah bescheid und erstatten dir den vollständigen betrag. Die Erstattung erfolgt per verwendeter Zahlungsmethode. bitte beachte, dass die rückbuchung eines per kreditKarte bezahlten betrages bis zu 2 Wochen dauern kann.
die Rücksendung der waren erfolgt auf deine Kosten und Gefahr, bitte nutze hierfür nur die Originalverpackung sowie Original Umverpackung für den sicheren Retourenversand.

the analograum online store accepts payments in euro's (€). the recommended prices are in euro incl. vat and excl. shipping. shipping costs will be charged depending on the order amount and location of the customer. the shipping costs may vary for multiple or bigger items. please choose the heavy goods or big furniture shipping option when purchasing an item in that category. this occasional notice will be stated on the product page below the quantity button.
most destinations are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. the following regions are sent on a delivery duty paid basis: germany & eu countries. unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery duty paid services to regions not listed above. as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. if you have any questions please contact us.
delivery
we now offer you direct pick-up of your orders at our studio showroom in berlin. please choose the ‘local pick-up’ option at check-out if you are environmentally conscious and would like to save on shipping costs. let’s avoid unnecessary extra packaging and local shipping! by appointment only, simply get in touch via the contact form.
domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days from order receipt. international orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending upon destination and customs processing.
Exceptions for customised products are specified on the product page. Should analograum learn that it is not possible to deliver the goods within the agreed period, the customer will be informed of the delay as soon as possible and informed of a new delivery date. If the delay exceeds 3 months and is not due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to cancel the order. The customer is not entitled to make further claims to analograum in cases of e.g. delay. analograum can not be held accountable for delivery problems in cases of force majeure. In these cases delivery schedules will be prolonged.
due to the worldwide covid19 pandemic, disruptions and restrictions of international deliveries may occur. longer lead times as well as crisis surcharges may apply. if your order is affected by any of these matters mentioned above, we will get in touch with you, to let you know the details and to find the best possible delivery option for your needs. please consider lead times of 2-3 weeks within europe. worldwide deliveries to the us, asia and australia might take up to 8 weeks. thank you for your patience!
From time to time The analograum online store offers free shipping offers. To be kept up to date and to find out when these offers are valid, please sign up to our newsletter. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.
returns
please notify us through our contact form should you wish to return and/or refund any purchased items. If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you, or you can return your order at our studio showroom. Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned unused, in its original packaging with all original tags still on. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note, refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear within 1-2 weeks.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in a return or exchange are payable by you.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, at analograum we take every effort to check your purchase thouroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
custom ordered items and sale items can not be returned.
returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. for all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the european union (eu).
we will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. if you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
